F.A.Q.

Who can have their photo taken?

These sessions are available to any North Andover families, couples, singles, roommates — whoever is living in your home or apartment right now — including pets, of course!

Where will the photos be taken?

The photos will be taken OUTSIDE ONLY (no matter the weather) and at a distance of ten feet.

What if we don’t live in a house?

No worries! We all live in different types of housing – some of us don’t have front steps. We will come to you and photograph you outside your residence.

What should we wear?

This is not the time to dress the family in matching/perfectly coordinated outfits or Sunday best. This is meant to be a documentary-style photo. PJ’s and slippers are OK if you’re getting through some days like I am! Or since you don’t need to care what your kids look like for “school,” feel free to let them pick out their outfits, whether or not they mismatched or weather appropriate. Do they want to wear their Halloween costume? Go for it! Are you a health care worker or someone on the front lines? Feel free to pose in your scrubs or work uniform because we all want to know who you are so that we can thank you.

Do we get a copy of our photo?

You will receive an edited digital copy of your family portrait with the good faith assurance you will donate to one of the organizations listed below. (The suggested donation is $50, but any amount is appreciated.)

Who should we make a donation to?

You can donate to either of these awesome organizations that are working hard to help folks directly affected by the impact COVID has had on employment, housing, and food.

The money collected from this campaign will be used to purchase gift cards to NA restaurants and food services that will then be distributed to local essential workers, including the NA Fire Dept., NA Police Dept, and local hospitals.
